The survey checklist is basically a digital version of the welcome pack. Its function is to collect simple but important information from clients to help set up and deploy their survey, which is a key part of their Investors in People accreditation. For example: When do they want their survey to run? What demographic questions would they like to include?
About The Platform
The survey checklist adapts to suit different package types. It was built in line with the Portal; moving more of the client journey online. When it’s in use, the key difference will be that the client will be able to submit this info. online rather than via post or email and that the info. will be submitted straight into the survey platform.
It was built with the idea that it would reduce the (internal-resource) cost of survey set up tasks by (an estimated) 75%.
